Lawfront has announced the appointment of Rachel Street as Chief People Officer, marking a significant step in strengthening our people and culture strategy during a period of rapid expansion.
With 20 years’ experience in HR leadership and consultancy roles, Rachel has extensive knowledge in people leadership and strategy. Rachel is skilled in a broad range of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations. She will play a vital role in supporting our network of high-performing regional firms as we continue our ambitious growth journey.
Lawfront recently announced the acquisition of South and South West-based firm Trethowans, our largest deal to date, which takes our group fee income over £130 million and significantly expands our geographic footprint and talent base.
As Lawfront continues to scale, partnering with firms known for their strong people cultures, Rachel’s appointment comes at a pivotal time. She will lead on people-focused initiatives across the group, supporting talent acquisition, talent development and retention strategies and enhancing our people and culture function to further articulate the benefits of being part of Lawfront.
