We are delighted to announce that Simbarashe Mugomba has joined Lawfront as our Head of Pricing.

Simba brings a wealth of experience in pricing strategy and analysis, having held senior roles at leading international law firms including Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Herbert Smith Freehills, Eversheds Sutherland, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. His expertise spans pricing model development, profitability analysis, and embedding best practices across complex, multi-site professional services environments.

Simba will lead the development and implementation of group-wide pricing strategies that support our growth ambitions and maximise profitability. He’ll work closely with our executive team, finance, practice groups, and regional management to ensure our pricing approach remains competitive and aligned with our business objectives. A key part of his role will also involve fostering a strong pricing culture across the organisation—equipping our teams with the tools, training, and strategic guidance they need to succeed.

Commenting on Simba’s appointment, Axel Koelsch, Chief Operating Officer at Lawfront, said:

“Over recent years, Lawfront has made significant strides in embedding value pricing principles across the business. This approach has helped us better align our pricing with the value we deliver to clients and has laid a strong foundation for our commercial strategy going forward. Simba’s appointment marks an exciting next step in that journey.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Simba to Lawfront and look forward to the impact his leadership will have on our pricing strategy and broader commercial capabilities.”

Beyond his professional achievements, Simba is also a Trustee of the Black Trail Runners, reflecting his commitment to community leadership and advocacy.
