Rachel has over 20 years’ experience as an HR leader and consultant across the professional services sectors. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, having started her career at Accenture before moving into the legal sector and working with various firms, including Linklaters and RPC.
Rachel is skilled in a broad range of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations and has a track record of designing and delivering compelling people propositions to attract and retain high-performing talent.
