Axel is Chairman of Lawfront and has more than 25 years of experience in the service and professional services industries. He has held senior leadership positions as General Manager and CEO at companies including Arvato Bertelsmann, Dussmann Group, and Polygon Group. In recent years, he has worked successfully as Chairman with leading private equity firms including Waterland, Triton, Oakley Capital, Ambienta, and GBL. His key areas of expertise include people and culture, productivity improvement, digital transformation, and M&A.
In addition to his role at Lawfront, Axel serves as Chairman of CWS Group, Optimas International, NDA NoDigAlliance Group, and Buko Group, and is a Member of the Foundation Board of Schörghuber Holding. He also serves as Honorary Consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
