Andrew Morgan-Smith is Lawfront’s Corporate Development Director leading the M&A activity for the group from origination through to execution. Andrew brings a decade of transaction experience spanning many sectors and geographies to his role at Lawfront. He is a Chartered Accountant having qualified with Deloitte in London before spending time in the New Zealand offices. His previous role was as a Principal within the Corporate Development team at Moneysupermarket Plc working on a range of transactions from full acquisitions to small venture investments.
