Justine brings to Lawfront over 25 years of experience, as an expert in human capital, specialising in organisational growth, culture design, and accelerated talent development.
Having held roles in global talent, leadership, culture, and diversity functions, Justine’s focus has been to support accelerating the growth and scale of organisations.
Her experience has been gained in both Asia Pacific and Europe, within sectors which include professional services consulting, general insurance, and software/data and decision science.
She is a psychologist, with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology and post graduate qualifications in Organizational Change.
Justine has also completed further education at the London School of Economics and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
